Machinist Opportunities

We have several exciting opportunities available at our Auburn and Algona Washington manufacturing facilities and are currently looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

Machinist Opportunities:

Machinists

Skilled in all aspects of CNC machining, including; set-ups, editing, tooling, troubleshooting & problem solving. Aerospace experience a plus.

Tool & Cutter Grinder
Looking for 2nd shift (M-Thur, 4-10's) tool & cutter grinder. 3 years experience in aerospace machine shop environment.

Quality Inspector Opportunities:

Final Assembly Inspector

In process verification and final inspection of fastener, bushing and bearing installations and proof testing, sealing, etc., skin quality exp. a plus.

Machine Parts Inspector

1st part, in process and final with dimensional experience required.

Quality Inspector/CMM Programmer

Experience required. Experience with GeoMeasure 6000, CATIA v5, CheckMate, and mechanical Desktop a plus.

Sourcing Inspector

Responsibilities include organizing, directing, and reporting on all supplier quality-related activities to assure fulfillment of contract / purchase order requirement. This includes monitoring quality control activities and systems at supplier & subcontractor facilities. The successful candidate will have 2+ years related experience, strong communication skills (both written & verbal), computer proficient, a self-starter and able to multi-function in a fast paced environment.

Production Control Opportunities:

Inventory Control / Picking

Major responsibilities include picking products for production, matching to PO's, entering product information, and cycle counting. The successful candidate will have 2+ yrs related exp., strong math & computer skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, have strong communication skills, dependable and proactive. Forklift experience desired.

Receiving

Major responsibilities include unloading trucks, processing incoming materials, matching purchase orders to bill of ladings, staging products and materials, and entering received materials into the database. We are looking for someone with 2+ yrs related exp., strong math & computer skills, detail orientated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, is proactive and dependable. Forklift experience desired.

Scheduler

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules for material requirements and availability for our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have 2+ years related experience with working knowledge of manufacturing and production control functions, master scheduling & MRP experience, ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, strong computer skills, including MS Suite, be proactive, and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Aerospace manufacturing industry experience highly desired.

Shipping

Major responsibilities include high volume packaging & shipping products. We are looking for someone with 2+ yrs related exp., strong math & computer skills including shipping software, must be detail oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated. Forklift experience desired.

Assembly Opportunities:

Assembly Mechanics

Reliable, responsible person. Good knowledge of blue print reading. Good mechanical ability to assemble aircraft components, with aptitude towards detail & close tolerances. Aerospace and sheet metal experience a plus.

Other Department Opportunities:

Estimator

Responsibilities include processing estimates & quotations for various machined & assembled aerospace parts, partnering with suppliers to obtain competitive bids, and developing bill of materials for aircraft machined parts & assemblies. We are looking for someone 1 year previous experience, ability to read blueprints, has excellent math & written/verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, proven ability to build relationships, and prev. aerospace industry knowledge.

Machine Shop Planner

Experienced Manufacturing Planner for complex CNC machined parts and assemblies. Must have a good working knowledge of aerospace drawings, specifications and finish processing. Experience with Catia/Enovia a plus.

Procurement Director

Procurement professional needed to manage a team engaged in the procurement of sheet metal, machined parts & other commodities, in a high performance, fast-paced environment. 7-yrs minimum exp. in the aerospace

industry required. Knowledge of supply base, mfg processes, purchasing, quality standards, and negotiation skills required. College degree preferred. Knowledge of MRP systems a plus.
Program Managers

Responsible for all aspects of the program management function including scope, budgets and delivery of all assigned products, customers, &/or sites. The successful candidate with have 3+ yrs exp.; master scheduling exp with an understanding of MRP processes; prev exp. with cross functional activities including bringing representatives from various departments / customers together to develop and execute a solid plan; ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels; proven ability to develop & manage standard processes & systems; & ability to build successful customer relationships. Aerospace manufacturing industry exp. highly desired.

Shop Support / Deburr

Duties include deburring & blending parts in a timely, consistent manner while maintaining high quality. This position may also providing general shop help as needed. Must be proficient with hand held tools, detail oriented, good hand dexterity with 1+ yr good work history.
